Yasin Çakır has achieved more than 14 years in legal practice, advising domestic and international clients particularly in the fields of corporate and commercial transactions, real estate, international trade and finance, and foreign direct investments.

His practice incorporates advisory and transactional work for clients doing business in a diverse range of industries. Yasin developed a good understanding of corporate and commercial laws of multiple jurisdictions which gives him a comparative perspective as well as solid cross-border work experience. He has been continuously advising foreign businesses in their transactions involving Turkish law.
