Yasin Çakır has achieved 10 years in legal practice, advising domestic and international clients particularly in the fields of corporate and commercial law, banking regulatory and compliance, international trade and finance, and foreign direct investments.
His practice incorporates advisory, transactional and contentious work for a broad range of commercial entities including banks and financial institutions. As part of the firm’s overseas operations, Yasin improved a good understanding of banking regulations along with corporate and commercial laws of multiple jurisdictions which gave him a comparative perspective as well as solid cross-border work experience. He has been continuously advising foreign businesses in their transactions involving Turkish law.
